Operator FAQ

How does Seek's commission structure work for operators?
Two models: (1) Subscription — £125/month per building, zero commission on deals. (2) Commission — free to list, 10% fee only on closed deals. No upfront costs, no hidden charges. Operators choose the model that fits their deal volume.
Are there exclusivity agreements with Seek?
No. Seek does not require exclusive agreements. List on Seek and simultaneously use any other channel — Rightmove, your own website, other brokers. You retain full control of your distribution.
How quickly can my buildings go live on Seek?
Once Peter approves your onboarding (typically within one business day of your submission), we set up your listing pages with your pricing, photos, and direct contact details. Most operators go live within 48 hours of approval.
What kind of tenants does Seek attract?
Seek attracts businesses actively looking for space — they've pre-qualified themselves via headcount, budget, and move-in date before contacting you. We reject consumer email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) at the point of submission. IWG chose Seek partly for this reason: tenants arrive with intent.
How do enquiries route to me?
Every enquiry lands directly in your inbox — no intermediary, no broker. You receive the seeker's name, company, headcount, budget, and message. You respond on your own terms, own timeline, own terms. Seek never filters or moderates the communication.
Can I remove a listing at any time?
Yes, at any time. Email peter@seek-re.com and we'll remove the listing within one business day. No notice period, no penalty, no questions asked. Your data is yours — we don't hold it hostage.
