Founded May 2025 by Peter Dudley and Lizzy Morrison — 18 years combined commercial real estate experience across brokerage, agency, and operator roles. After years on both sides of the broker relationship, we built the tool that makes us obsolete.
The model is simple: operators list spaces on Seek, businesses find them and deal direct. No intermediary extracting 10% on top of already-inflated rates.
Current scale: 350+ buildings onboarded in first 3 weeks. 15,000+ buildings identified globally. 3 deals closed in first 10 days post-launch (London 2, Tel Aviv 1). Funded by £80k founder investment + £800k SEIS/EIS round at £4M post-money valuation.
